US Entity Formation & Accounting Packages

Setting up a US company as a non-US resident involves more than filing paperwork. The IRS requires foreign-owned US entities to file annual information returns — and the penalty for missing a single Form 5472 starts at $25,000. Add banking, sales tax, withholding, and treaty considerations, and it is easy to get expensive advice too late.

Our packages are built specifically for non-resident owners. One firm handles your entity formation, your ongoing accounting, and your US tax compliance — under a fixed monthly fee, with no hourly billing surprises.

The Foundation of Every Engagement

Every package includes

Complete formation

US entity formation in your chosen state (Wyoming, Delaware, Florida, or another state suited to your situation), including articles of organization, operating agreement, and EIN.

Federal tax compliance

Annual Form 5472 with pro forma Form 1120 (or Form 1120 for corporations) — the filing every foreign-owned US entity must make, prepared and filed by a US CPA.

Good-standing management

Registered agent coordination and state annual report tracking so your entity stays in good standing.

US banking access

Guidance on opening US business bank and merchant accounts as a non-resident.

Predictable fees

Fixed monthly pricing under an annual agreement — you always know exactly what you will pay.

Package Comparison

Three tiers, one point of contact.

State filing fees, registered agent fees, and other government charges are billed at cost. Monthly fees assume typical transaction volume; final pricing is confirmed after a complimentary scoping call.

The Packages in Detail

Pick the tier that matches your US footprint.

Foundation — Start Right

$1,500 formation + $450/mo

For founders forming their first US entity. We handle formation end to end, get your EIN and bank account guidance in place, keep your books clean with monthly bookkeeping and quarterly financial statements, and file your required federal compliance every year. You launch knowing the $25,000-penalty filings are covered.

Growth — Operate with Confidence

$2,500 formation + $950/mo

For businesses actively selling in the US market. Everything in Foundation, plus monthly financial statements, sales tax nexus monitoring across states, payroll and contractor payment coordination (including 1099 and 1042-S reporting), your personal 1040-NR when required, an annual treaty and withholding review, and quarterly advisory meetings to keep you ahead of issues rather than reacting to them.

CFO Advisory — Scale with a US Finance Partner

$3,500 formation + $1,850/mo

For companies where the US entity is a serious operation. Everything in Growth, plus fractional CFO support: budgeting, cash flow forecasting, KPI dashboards, scenario planning, support for multi-entity and holding structures, and a standing monthly strategy meeting. You get a US-based finance leader without a US-based hire.

We form your entity, obtain your EIN, deliver your operating agreement, and walk you through US banking setup. Typically complete within 1–3 weeks depending on state and IRS processing times.

3

Ongoing service
